Frequently Asked Questions
After you place your order, we will contact you directly to organize the process together. You have three options:
- You come directly to us with your motorcycle or mountain bike – we take care of the installation and removal on site.
- You disassemble the components yourself and bring them to us.
- You send us the removed parts by post – if you wish, we can provide suitable packaging for an additional charge.
The service typically takes between 3 and 5 business days after the components arrive at our facility. For particularly complex repairs or spare parts orders, the processing time may be slightly longer. We will inform you in a timely manner if this is the case.
We specialize in the maintenance and service of the following chassis components:
- Suspension forks (e.g. Öhlins, Showa, KYB, Sachs, etc.)
- Shock absorber (e.g. Öhlins, Showa, KYB, Sachs, etc.)
- Seatposts (e.g. Reverb, Transfer)
- Complete suspension systems for mountain bikes and motorcycles
Products in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours . Delivery within Austria takes 3–5 business days . For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
