K-Tech KTR-4 fork with Direct Damping System – top-class racing technology
The K-Tech KTR-4 with Direct Damping System (DDS) is based on patented, multi-championship-winning technology from the top tier of motorcycle racing. Developed for maximum precision, stability, and control – even under extreme conditions – this fork delivers unparalleled damping performance.
The DDS system uses 20 mm displacement pistons that generate a high oil flow through 32 mm control valves . This results in precise damping control, completely eliminating cavitation (air bubbles in the oil) and keeping the system extremely stable – even under intense racing conditions and high temperatures. The damping channels are designed so that compression and rebound damping operate independently , enabling even faster and more consistent response. An integrated spring mechanism maintains constant pressure throughout the system across all temperature ranges.

Assembly & Note
Aftermarket components are required for installation (e.g., triple clamps, handlebars, wheel axle adapters, etc.). Installation should only be performed by authorized K-Tech dealers or specialized suspension technicians , as special tools and expertise are required to ensure performance and safety.
